Dear Pam,

I wanted to take the time and write you this note and thank you so much for

everything you did for Monica, Richard and Myself in finding our wonderful home.

From driving us all over Brazoria County, to getting us numbers for landscapers, and

for pairing us with Leah, we cannot thank you enough. As a family who has never owned

a home, we were so apprehensive about purchasing for the first time. But, we know that

we would not have made it through the process with you, Pam.

So often, people pass through our lives and rarely make an impression. You are the

exception to the rule. It's not every day that you can say your real estate agent is also your

friend, and we know we found a friend in you. We can't tell you how many friends and family we

have had over to the house, and they all comment on how lovely and wonderful it is and we make

sure everyone knows that you found this home for us. We didn't find it. You did!

We love our home, and it is truly not a house, but a home and we will always have you to thank

for it. I hope everone realizes what an asset they have in you and we are glad to know
